ACCOMMODATIONS

Thank you for choosing to join us at One Spirit Weekend. Upon booking your accommodations, the checkout page asks if you would like us to assign you a roommate (of the same gender) but also gives you the option to specify your roommate(s) names. You may give us their names at a later time, but as the rooms begin to fill up, we will need to assign roommates for those people who haven't notified us of their choice. The sooner you tell us your roommate's name, the more likely it is that we will be able to accommodate you. Your proposed roommates should purchase their tickets and housing as soon as possible, otherwise we may not be able to hold the room for them. We will try to fill everyone's requests to the best of our abilities.
